"The Best Movers I Have Ever Experienced"

I just received this review and could not wait to pass it along to you:

Clayre from Hartland was referred to us by her Apartment Manager and wrote us about her move:

"The men arrived on time and were very, very efficient.  They were the best movers I have ever experienced. (I have moved over 15 times!!!) I have delicate/fragile furniture: they did a fantastic job of protecting the furniture to assure no damage would occur. I would highly recommend Two Men And A Truck."

Thank you to the move team of Tony and Richard for such great work and thank you, Clayre, for your kind words and for choosing Two Men And A Truck.  All of our teams are hard-working, trained, permanent staff that are committed to making your move a positive experience.

"Tis the Season - for Moving!

Yesterday I was hearing Christmas music on the radio.  What?  Christmas music?   No, no, not yet!    We still have a lot of moving to do!  Thankfully, they were just doing Christmas in July.  Whew!

If you still have moving plans in your future, give yourself a present and call us.  We'll do all we can to make your move a positive experience.  In addition to local and interstate moves, we have packing and unpacking services, loading and unloading services; we even have boxes and packing supplies available.  Here what some of our customers have been saying about our service:

Vern from Brookfield was referred to us by a friend and wrote:
Good job, considerate employees. Good Job, Marc and Mark!

Connie from Waukesha and Gloria from Oconomowoc chose us because of our reputation and sent in high marks for movers Brooks and Richard.

D'Ann from Oak Creek writes:
I was extremely satisfied with my experience. Dave and Colin were friendly and efficient. I plan on using you guys every time I move in the future. It was well worth the money I spent.

Kristin from New Berlin wrote:
The guys were great and had it done quickly.  Good Job Brooks, Daniel and Sitthideth!

Beat the Heat!

I know everyone is talking about the heat and how to stay cool, but as heat advisories linger across the country, these tips for staying cool bear repeating:

1. Don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink. If you wait until they are thirsty to drink water, you are waiting too long. Drink more fluids regardless of activity level. Don’t rely on thirst as an indicator of need for water; it’s not reliable in very high heat.

2. Don’t drink liquids that contain caffeine or large amounts of sugar. These actually result in a loss of more body fluids.

3. Avoid hot foods and keep meals light. The human body is always trying to strike a balance between how much heat it generates and how much it gives off. Follow these suggestions to help regulate the brain's internal thermostat.

4. Freeze bottled water the night before. Or fill a bottle with at least 80% ice before heading out. As the ice melts, you will have a supply of cold water.

And don’t forget:

5. Let Two Men And A Truck do the heavy lifting!  Large move or small, across the room or across the country, let Two Men And A Truck do the heavy work.

Here’s a few reasons our Two Men And A Truck customers are so satisfied:

Cheri from Brookfield  has moved with us several times, chose us primarily for our reputation and services offered and adds:
Repeated excellent service!  Thank you, Cherie, for trusting us again and again!

Susan from Pewaukee chose us primarily for our services offered and our price and submitted kudos for Brandon and Marc.   Thank you, Susan!

Arthur from Wauwatosa writes:
Brooks and Rich were awesome. They worked incredibly hard and really handled all of our property with the utmost care.  They deserve a raise!

Bill from Waukesha chose us primarily for our reputation and price and sent in high marks for Arron and Justin.   Thank you Bill!

David from New Berlin writes:
Chris, Cory and Marvin did a great job. Everything was great! On time and on budget. Would use again.

Thanks to all of our Two Men And A Truck customers for your trust and kind words!  You make our day... stay cool out there!

Congrats to the MVP!

Congratulations to Prince Fielder for hitting one out of the park and becoming the All-Star MVP.  You make Milwaukee proud!   We at Two Men And A Truck are quite proud that some of our customers have been good enough to tell us when we "hit one out of the park."   Here's what they've written about our own All-Stars and MVP's :

Patricia from Waukesha writes:

We were absolutely thrilled with the service and the entire move. We had Justin and Dan. They went right to work with enthusiasm and didn't stop until they were done. They even had to move a 50" plasma and it went perfect. I can't thank you enough. And Marge and Ann at the office were great. I was so comfortable with them. I knew they weren't handing me a "line".  Everything they told me went exactly as they told me. So thank you so much. This is the 4th time we used Two Men. Each time gets better. It seems more professional. You guys have worked hard to keep your business running I am sure. And of course in the end, it is the guys who are doing the moving that are meeting the public and keeping your reputation going. Justin and Dan are number one examples of how a move should go. How an employee should behave. What a customer is hoping for. And we got it all. I will promote your name and tell anyone I can to use your service. Thank you so much.

 Randy from  Oconomowoc writes:

Great experience. Thanks!       Good Job Gary and Daniel!

Pamela from Hartland writes:

Reese from Greenfield writes:

Alane from Nashotah writes:

The two guys that helped with the move were awesome! They were very courteous and did a great job!      Good Work Justin and Colin!

Patricia from Oconomowoc writes:

It was an extremely hot day and both young men worked very hard. I was very glad I was not doing the moving. Thank you to both of them for their courteous service.

What A Great Weekend!

I hope you all had fun over the 4th of July holiday!  We sure had some really great weather to get outside and enjoy the day.  And weren't those fireworks somethin'!  We took the day off, of course, but we still managed to get in some remarkable moves.  Here's what a few of our customers had to say:

Maryellen from Greenfield writes:

Happy Birthday America!

Happy 4th of July everybody!   It looks like we’re in for a great weekend of weather so let’s celebrate our great country’s birthday in grand style.  Grab your favorite summer food, some friends and some tunes and head out to the backyards, lakes, beaches or parks and enjoy being Americans!

Two Men and A Truck wishes you all a safe and happy 4th of July!

In honor of our country’s birthday, here are a few fun facts about the White House:

*       The cornerstone was laid and construction began in October of 1792.
*     President Washington never lived in the White House.  President John Adams was the first president to move in.
*       The White House survived a fire at the hand of the British in 1814 during the war of 1812 and another fire in 1929. Many renovations have taken place since then but the exterior stone walls are the same walls put in place when the White House was first constructed.
*      There are 132 rooms, 35 bathrooms, and 6 levels in the Residence. There are also 412 doors, 147 windows, 28 fireplaces, 8 staircases, and 3 elevators.
*      With five full-time chefs, the White House kitchen is able to serve dinner to as many as 140 guests and hors d'oeuvres to more than 1,000.
*      The White House requires 570 gallons of paint to cover its outside surface.
*      For recreation, the White House has a variety of facilities available to its residents, including a tennis court, jogging track, swimming pool, movie theater, and bowling lane.

While your house may not be as big as this one, Two Men and A Truck will be happy to handle your local or long-distance move, from a simple room-to-room or a whole household!
