More Feedback from Feb 2011

We received a Thank You note along with a short letter from Rose whom we moved within Menomonee Falls the beginning of the month. She had this to say about Jim and Jesse:

"I wanted to compliment you and your company for the excellent move they did for me on Feb. 1, 2011. The day of the BIG BLIZZARD! Your two men Jim and Jesse did a wonderful job of getting my moved into my new apartment. They were so professional and caring and i think they deserve recognition for a job well done. They were two polite young men and they deserve a special thank you from me and my family! Keep up the good work! I would highly recommend your company to anyone!"

We also received two other comments from customers:

First was from Aldonna whom we moved from New Berlin to Manitowoc, WI. She said that Brooks and Eric were Great!!

A second comment was from Raymond whom we moved from Pewaukee to Waukesha. He called to let us know how very happy he was about the job Josh and Eric completed for him!

The Week In Review!

I would like to catch up with a few phone calls we have recieved with regards to moves completed this week.

I took a call from Mary who moved within Waukesha. She said that Chris and Eric were Very efficient and pleasant. Chris was very clear explaining the process to me. The guys were very easy to work with and I will recommend this crew and company to every one.

Second great phone call we received from Marion who moved from Pewaukee to Senior Housing in Wauwatosa. She said that Gary and Jim were wonderful, super kind and efficient. Did a really great job!

Finally we moved a Piano from New Berlin to Mukwonago for Laurie. The customer was very happy with her whole experience with our company. The guys were just great and she will recommend us to everyone! The crew on this move was Adam, Richard and Kyle.

Great job to our crews, and Thank You to our customers for the great feedback!

Saturday Morning Sunshine!

We received a call from Kenneth, whom we moved from Brookfield to New Berlin, WI this morning. He called to let us know that Brooks and Richard "The guys did a wonderful job! The treadmill was a beast and the men moved it with no problem. Everything was moved safely with no damages. These guys were the best!"

Another Great Business Move

I received a letter from the home office of IFM Vector with regards to the move we completed for them at the end of January. Their office was moved from Brookfield to Pewaukee by Manuel and Eric. She appreciated all the help that we provided for the move, the guys made it very easy for them. She had to include that despite the snowy weather, everything went well and everyone is settled in!
